For me, food and place have always belonged together.

I'm Heather Chase, a peripatetic Canadian cook and traveller who has called five countries home. The Culinary Chase began over coffee in Hong Kong, when my husband suggested a playful nod to my last name.

What began there has become a collection of recipes, places and memories brought home to my kitchen and shared with you.
